## What Support Can Help With
Support can help with app setup, subscription restore guidance, premium access issues, StoreKit troubleshooting, syncing questions, notification and location permission guidance, store reminder setup, widget/Live Activity limitations, shopping list behavior, pantry and recipe data questions, and bug reports.

## What to Include in a Bug Report
Please include app version, iOS version, device model, language/region, whether iCloud is enabled, whether you are using premium, the steps to reproduce the issue, expected result, actual result, screenshots or screen recording if helpful, and whether the issue happens after reinstall/restart.

## Privacy When Contacting Support
Do not send passwords, payment card details, Apple ID password, medical records, allergy emergency information, or unnecessary sensitive personal data. Screenshots may contain recipes, shopping lists, pantry items, store names, or location-related information. Only send what is needed.

## Subscriptions
Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple. Use Restore Purchases in MealPing if premium is not recognized. To cancel or manage billing, use Apple ID subscription settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple.

## Sync, iCloud, and Data Loss
If data does not sync, check iCloud status, available storage, Apple ID, network, and whether iCloud Drive is enabled. Sync may be delayed. MealPing support cannot guarantee recovery of deleted data. Keep separate copies of important recipes if needed.

## Notifications and Location
If reminders fail, check iOS notification permission, Focus modes, background location permission, Low Power Mode, signal, saved store radius, and whether premium store reminders are unlocked. Geofencing is controlled by iOS and may not trigger reliably.

## Images
The inspected app does not currently show active camera or photo-library recipe image support. If this changes, support guidance and privacy text must be updated. 

## Known Limitations
MealPing cannot guarantee food safety, nutrition suitability, allergen accuracy, grocery stock availability, notification delivery, widget refresh timing, AI availability, iCloud sync timing, or full data recovery.

Support does not provide medical, nutritional, allergy, food safety, legal, tax, financial, or emergency advice. For health or allergy concerns, contact a qualified professional. In emergencies, contact local emergency services.
